DNCSolution ensures compliance with all methods of contact, including calls, emails, SMS, and mail. The platform provides a safe and secure way to clean contact lists and databases against Do Not Contact registers maintained by the federal and state governments, such as Do Not Call, Do Not Email. mail, Do not send SMS and Do not send mail. DNCSolution helps mitigate the risk of non-compliance with TCPA, CASL and CAN-SPAM regulations.

Regulators are taking a closer look and taking action to ensure call centers, telemarketers, and phone platform providers comply with new rules and regulations regarding phone number cleaning list updates as well as capacity companies update these lists regularly.

According to the Massachusetts Public Interest Research Group, according to a recent survey published in MassLive, of 3,063 telecommunications service providers in the United States, only 17% reported having fully implemented technology that meets industry standards. Twenty-seven percent said they have partially implemented the technology and 56% said they [are] using their own methods to handle robocalls.

PossibleNOW also recently conducted its own survey of more than 500 business decision makers and found that 76% of them are unaware or unsure of the recently updated Florida Telemarketing Act (SB 1120 ) which goes beyond certain limits of the TCPA. Another 51% said they were unsure if they had new procedures in place to comply with Florida’s new telemarketing law.
